30 Day Abs

Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your 30 Day Abs account — and the data our servers hold for it — at any time. Deletion removes your account credentials, cloud-synced workout history, and leaderboard presence. Data is removed within 30 days, except limited records we must keep for legal or financial reasons.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open 30 Day Abs and go to the Me tab.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and cloud data are deleted immediately; the app signs you out and keeps working offline.

Or request deletion by email — no app needed

If you've already uninstalled 30 Day Abs, you can request deletion from here without reinstalling it. Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my 30 Day Abs account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What about data on my phone?

Workout progress stored locally on your device isn't affected by account deletion — remove it with "Reset progress" in the app's settings or by uninstalling the app. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in the store that billed them — Google Play or the App Store — not through account deletion.
